GROW is a monthly training designed to equip and train musicians, singers, and prayer leaders in the ministry of prayer and worship. This is done by spiritual and practical application, in order to raise up singers and musicians, and prayer leaders who minister to the Lord with anointing and skill. As such, in GROW we desire to:
1. Build an awareness of throne worship… the dynamic that we are simply joining in with what is already being done around the throne of God
2. Build a community of skilled and anointed singers, musicians, and prayer leaders… King David oversaw a vibrant community of 4,000 musicians and 288 singers
3. Build (on) a structure that will bring communication and confidence
