The Workplace

Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchmen keep awake in vain… Psalm 127

“But we will devote ourselves to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.” Acts 6:4

(God will often raise up kings; in the marketplace. May those ones begin to spread the love and power of Christ outside the walls of our churches, into the industrialized world.)

4.) Education and Schools (Prayer has been taken out, and students
are constantly being monitored for their display of faith in Jesus
Christ. As a result, the refusal to acknowledge God has become commonplace in our schools. War has been declared over this young generation and we must declare- they will not take our children.)

a.) teaching the truth of the Lord- Proverbs 22: 6; Deut. 6
b.) fathers in the schools, not just “teachers”- Malachi 4:6: Luke 6:40
c.) spirit of wisdom and revelation of God in the schools- Ephesians 1:17

*County and city schools, colleges, education boards, etc…

REVIVAL (God has, throughout history, sent revival to the places where His people are hungry. May this be the generation that He again revives!)

1.) Personal revival

a) seeking the Lord! Psalm 69:32; Psalm 85:6; 119:37
b) personal intimacy with the Lord-
c) deep personal prayer life-
d) hunger and thirst for righteousness- Matthew 5:6
e) restoration of joy, willingness to serve- Psalm 51:10-12

2.) Corporate revival

a.) Restoration of 24-7 prayer and worship!!!
Amos 9:11- “…I will raise up the Tabernacle of David, and wall up its breaches; I will also raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old.”
2 Chronicles 7:14- “If My people, who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
b.) For humility, prayer, seeking the Lord, and repentance to be the leading force of revival in the land!

“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3

Ezekiel 22:30- where is one that will stand in the gap for the land?
