January 1 (Victory Christian Fellowship)

The 2010 Prayer Focus began at the strike of the clock of the New Year. The very first hour was lead by founder and visionary of KY Prayer Focus, Pastor Mark Harrell. The congregation of Victory C.F. lead the first 30 hours (Jan 1... 12am- Jan 2... 6am)

*these are simply highlights of journaled prayer of the entire 30 hrs.

12am- 'We are hearing the word of the Lord... much prayer contending for ears to hear. May the church hear what the Lord is saying to the churches. Intercession arose out of the house of prayer as we began to pray for KY to have ears to hear much more in 2010!

4am- 'Just as rain satisfies the earth, so the Lord will satisfy His people (of KY) with the rain of His glory.

Joel 2:23b- For He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before.'

10am- The Holy Spirit kept dropping into my spirit, 'songs of deliverance'. Songs we must sing before we see deliverance; songs that break the chains of addiction; songs that untangle messes or mistakes in the past. These are songs that blend our voices with His as He sings and rejoices over us!

1pm- I have chosen KY as my resting place. I will rest with the people of KY, says the Lord. I will put My Spirit in the ones of the bluegrass, the spirit of power and love. Signs, wonders and miracles will be found commonplace in the state once again!

7-8pm- I hear the Lord speaking Joel 2:17b-19, 23... Let them pray, spare your people O Lord... Rejoice in the Lord your God! For the rain He sends are an expression of His grace.

11pm- KY, you have seen nothing yet... What is to come will astonish the minds of the skeptics, the religous, the doubting, the 'untouchable'. It will begin in the house of prayer, birthed in intimacy, brought forth in power. Stand in that posture of prayer and fasting, then watch and see that He will do this.

1am-Unity has been the theme throughout the last few hours... unity of the body of Christ we would receive is the 'fulness of Christ' mentioned in Ephesians 4:13.

5am- As we end this prayer this 'designated' day of prayer, passing the torch, we are encouraged that God will bring His kingdom to pass here on earth!

January 9 (Saint Barnabas Church of the Encourager)

Mercer County has worked very hard to include as many churches as possible in all that we do. So with that in mind we invited all the churches to join us and had a wonderful response. Thirteen churches in all and everyone said they were blessed to participate. We had a couple churches that had never been a part of something this big and had a good response from their people. There was a lot of praying for our local, state and national government. We repented and prayed for addictions to be broken and finances to be loosed to the people who truly need it. We also prayed for our schools and the youth. There was a general feeling of excitement as we move into this new year. Felt that God was going to bring HIS change - real change.

January 10 (Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Campbellsville)

Our theme for the hour was "Forgive us our debts . . . " so we naturally tried to hear what the Spirit was saying in that area of emphasis. We sensed a strong connection between forgiveness and a healing revival, that if the church would demonstrate forgiveness in her sphere that healing would break out in the churches, and beyond just healing, a revival of healing that would flow throughout the state. Specifically the additions to gambling, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs (both illegal and prescription) can be broken through the demonstration of forgiveness.

A large theme we hear was a can to the demonstration of the gospel, not just the preaching of the gospel. We hear a call to declare the good news, and to demonstrate it, so that Kentucky could seethe salvation of God.

January 15-16 (Parkway Praise Center London)

9:00 AM - Heard prayer for kingdom of righteousness to come and to become a reflection of heaven.

1:00 PM - Jeremiah 33:3 - "Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know."

5:00 PM - Prayer for forgiveness for our hands are dirty and we have lifted up idols. God raise up a standard!

2:00 AM- Jeremiah 33:3 again, If we will call on Him, He will answer.

5:00 AM - For our prayers and fasting to not be in vain, but we believe you will reward openly. As we have lifted up this region, we believe you will draw and your kingdom will come and your will be done.

Jan. 17 (Science Hill Methodist Church)

Thank you for allowing our congregation to be part of this awesome time of prayer for our State. We had a great day of prayer, with all the time slots filled and people looking forward to a 24 hour season of prayer for the body of Christ in Kentucky. Our day was a Sunday, and the Holy Spirit was in our service in a very moving and tangible way. I believe it was because we were praying for others, because when we pray for others I believe Christ is praying for us. I trust that we are on the verge of a great breakthrough of the Holy Spirit in our State and this prayer focus is starting the fire. I am looking for that fire baptism, a current day pentecostal movement of the Holy Spirit ! It's coming, OH yes it is coming !

Focus on who He is; what He has done, is doing, and will bring to pass. (He alone was, is, and always will be God alone) Great deliverance awaits the people of God’s creation and that deliverance will demonstrate His honor and glory.

God desires to set free the generation that will seek Him is we’ll allow Him to enter.

God alone and His word is our provision – not the wealth of the nations. God uses the wealth of the nations, yes, but His word is the Bread of Life and is more to be desired than silver and gold. Oh river of living water come and flood our streams with the wealth of your reign, obedience and provision

God desires for His people to return to our First Love. Break loose from the tradition of religion and seek Him through His word once again. To do this in today’s society would be to discover God anew.

Do not look at those around us to determine our level of righteousness, but look only to the Word of god and His standards.

All these things will pass away, but the kingdom of God will last forever. All praise, honor, and glory to God!

The Father’s heart is for His kids to receive a heaven-ordained hearing of the heaven-ordained preaching/teaching He is giving His leaders

[Two visions seen at the same time. The first by a young man (mid-20s); the second by an older man (early 70s).]

1st vision – Saw a map of US made like puzzle pieces and the piece that was KY was being raised up. Then golden oil started being poured down over KY. The flow was so great that when the oil flowed off the edges of KY onto the surrounding states, it was like a waterfall.

2nd vision – Saw the gates of believers’ hearts (in KY) starting to open up and a flow like water came forth. The flow from each individual did not look that large, but as the flows of water came together, they formed a great tsunami which flowed out over our nation.

[Evangelism will increase, but the most dramatic increase will be the mature love in the Body of Christ (Eph 4:16)]

The counties cry out Psalms 27:4 (NASB77) – One thing I have asked from the LORD, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to meditate in His temple. May we all cry this from our hearts and do it.

Jesus was able to walk in humble service because He walked in the love of His Father. Jesus’ prayer for us (Jn 17:23) was – Since the Father is in Him and He is in us, then may we come to a maturity/completeness of oneness of love in our relationship with one another. This will be the testimony that God sent His Son into the world and that He loves us as a true Father, just like He loved His Son.

May true service flow from us as we walk in the experiential knowledge of being fully loved by our heavenly Father.

All good dads have in their heart things they want their children to have and embrace in their lives. And there are things dads want their kids to avoid and not be connected to. As we understand our heavenly Father’s heart for us, we can begin to agree with and bind/tie ourselves to His desires for us and others. And with the same understanding, we can agree with Him and loose/destroy those things He wants us to avoid / be free of. As it already is in heaven in the heart of our Father, may it be here, made know, manifested in the earth in our lives.

January 21st (Word of Life Worship Center)

The harvest is ready but, workers are few. Pray for workers in the body and for GOD to send more, we are ready.

10:00am

The windows of heaven are open!

11:00am

My people, stand in awe of who I am "Because" of who I am. I have made you all equal, I made no lines to cross. Become one again! Join together as one and stand in awe of the power of who I am!

12:00am

Let me show you who I am . Let me show you my splendor. Let me show you my grace, mercy, love and forgiveness. Let me show you my power, might and strength. Let me show you love, hope, joy, happiness, gentleness, humility, unity. Let me show you my greatness. Let me show you what I am capable of. Let me show you my holiness. Let me show you my ability, my out stretched arms. Come to me my child, have love you've never known before. Let me show you who I am!! Open your eyes and see who I am!!

2:00pm

I want a new song from each one who knows me! A song of joy, merriment, happiness and jubilation! No more downcast hearts, no more downtrodden looks! I am pure joy, take it in and smile! Someone will wonder why and want what you have.

5:00pm

I want to remove all doubt, all fear, all uncertainty. I want to fill you with my love, my joy, my song. I want you to see through my eyes, hear with my ears and my words speak through you.

10:00pm

Hear the words of the Lord. I shall sweep through each ministry like a flood. I shall wash away all things that are not of me. I shall cleanse those things that I have called to be. They shall know that I am the Lord of all things. No more of mans opinion but, it shall be as instructed by my spirit.

January 21 (Higher Praise Church, Russell Springs)

This past Thursday, there was an amazing turnout for the 24 hour day of prayer. People of all ages came to seek the face of the Lord, to cry out in intercession for this region. One very special aspect about this particular day of prayer was the involvement of young people, who sacrificed their time for the Lord.

Young people rose to the occasion to come and fill in the gap at all times of the day. Several spent hours in prayer during the afternoon, while some took the night watch and yet had to be at school the very next morning. That evening during our student’s service, there was without a doubt the thick presence of the Holy Ghost as He moved among these young people while they were passionately pursuing His presence.

I believe as we all continue to call upon the name of the Lord, the Holy Spirit is going to rush through this region as a mighty rushing wind, transforming lives! Around here we all have one hope, one belief, and always quick to remind one another, “Greater Things, Are Yet to Come!”

January 25

For I have declared this State a State of thunder. Just as a storm rumbles with thunder and is heard all throughout the land, so Kentudky will have a low rumble that will penetrate the land of darkness that has taken over. Kentucky you have had many storms, you have had many trials, but you have not forsaken me so your reward shall be a double portion of healing, a double portion of honor where you have been looked at with dishonor and disgrace. I am about to truly unleash an unbridled spirit that will spead all through out this land of the United States. I crown you with honor. I crown you with all my love.

Hear O Kentucky-How do you hear me? Hear me with your heart. O Kentucky, arise and hear the word of the Lord to your very borders...let your borders become strong. Let your heartbeat be my heartbeat. Become the true Heartland of this nation. As you beat together you become stronger. As you become stronger, the more I can use you to strengthen the nation. You will pump lifeblood throughout the nation. As arteries grow and extend from you the nation will get strength from you. Life will flow in and out of you just as a natural heart. Open the eyes and ears of your heart, listen to my heart. Let your heart beat with mine. I will lead you as we set out together throughout this nation. There are four key cities that lie on your borders that will become gateways into other states and regions. These cities are like arteries and as the lifeblood flows from the heart it will pour out into limbs and the body will be enriched and strengthened.

Malachi 3:16-18 Russell County-----A portal? I don't use this word nor really fully understand the spiritual significance but while praying for Russell County I clearly heard the Lord say the word PORTAL.

Union County: Financial release. This is a place the Lord is releasing financial provision to. Restoration is coming to Union County. God is restoring their portion. I felt the need to pray for key businesses and the creation of jobs to come to this county.

As I prayed for the release of revelation and understanding over Edmonson, Elliott, Estill, Fayette and Fleming counties I had a vision. I saw the shape of the State of Kentucky lying out flat and a huge angel whose wings reached from the farthest point east to the farthest point west position itself over the state and prepared to blow a wind from God over our State to release the Spirit of Wisdom that would reveal how to build the kingdom in Kentucky according to God's vision and then the understanding would be given to enable us to establish it. Proverbs 24:3

Janurary 30th (Higher Praise Church, Russell Springs)

Saturday, January 30th, the snow storm swept across the bluegrass of Kentucky. This was another day scheduled for 24 hours of prayer. With the spreading word of this coming snow, it was planned that if people could not get to the church that they should still pray their assigned hour in their homes. People were very faithful to God in prayer, and while there may have been snow on our roofs, there was fire on the inside of our homes. If we are ever going to experience revival, it must first begin in our homes. When revival transpires first in our homes, we will then have revival in our corporate gatherings, and when revival is birthed in our gatherings, revival is then birthed in our communities and region!

I believe we are seeing this aspect of revival beginning to take place. There is no doubt that people have been praying in their homes. This power of intensified prayer has been evidenced in our corporate gatherings as we have experienced multiple salvation decisions in the last two weeks! We must keep asking, seeking, and knocking, because prayer doesn’t just change things, prayer changes everything!

February 4th (Frontline Ministries Journal)

We had an awesome day of prayer. Not only did we have 24 hour prayer, but we had our normal Thursday intercessors group doing home visits. We felt a mandate in 2010 to take our prayer group out of the church and start going to the homes of the people in our church. Each week we have a different host family. Last night that group had an amazing 2 hr session which also led to one of the grandchildren who is living there accepting Christ! Warfare was engaged in and much good seed was sewn. In my prayer hour I felt the Lord impressing us to repent and unite, to connect and repair. We are also going to have to learn to rely on the Holy Spirit to guide our days and control our thoughts as we look for the Lord in every moment. We must continually stay in the Spirit and not walk in the flesh. God is in every breath, every moment, around every corner and in each step. Our mission is to find Him all the day long in every situation as we live our lives. I am also agreeing to continue to pray for the desires of our heart to be changed. Beleivers must become more passionate about our relationship with the Lord and increase our love and desire for prayer in communion with the Word and passionate worship.

God is willing to restore if we are willing to receive.

God is going to do great & mighty things that is beyond our imagination. People are going to turn back to Him and fall in love with Him all over again.

I have seen the healing hand of God in my life. He has shown me the love that no man or woman can show. But we can show this love because He lives in us. He said they will know you are my Disciples if you love one another. Love is the greatest commandment of all. If we show love to the loss and broken we will move the wall dividing us and we will see them in church praising God.

God is Love

January 26th (Family Worship Center)

8:00am – Peace – A settling of spirits.

9:00am – Repent from your hearts and souls, He waits for you.

10:00am – Preach and teach the Word the way God has inspired it and you will see people set free. God is calling the righteous to stand up in these counties.

11:00am – Many in the counties of Floyd, Franklin, Fulton, Gallatin, & Garrard will be used in gifts of healings, gifts of administration, and teachers of the gifts will rise up. A great calling for apostles and prophets.

12:00pm – We need to reach out more to the next generation – more youth focus with heavenly ordained mentors, and teachers in the counties of Edmonson, Elliott, Estill, Fayette, and Fleming.

1:00pm – There are many hurting people in these counties that feel all alone and think no one cares. We need to reach out to them. We need to love them into the house of God.

2:00pm – God is calling the worship teams and leaders of these counties to a higher standard of Praise and Worship. He is raising up a whole new generation of Praise and Worship teams and leaders.

5:00pm – A yearning in these counties for more of Him. He is preparing a shelter around His people. No one will be able to deny that it is God and God alone who covers His chosen people with protection.

6:00pm – A new generation of prayers raised up in these counties, intercessors for the Kingdom of God. More spiritual gifts, overflowing of the Holy Spirit.

7:00pm – The majority of the church is deceived, they think they are ok, but only by My Spirit will they see that they need to return to me.

8:00pm – My people will begin to rise up as lights in the workplace, leading the present economy on a new path, the path in while I have set forth. God is going to reveal Himself to these counties in a big way. There is coming an oasis, the time of wandering is almost over.

12:00am – To all KY- Ministers, preachers, pastors, Christians, and churches to get serious about Jesus, true to Him, serving. When this happens, our lawmakers will see what being a servant is supposed to be.

1:00am – Powell County – Cleansing and healing. Perry County – Power and fire. Pendleton County – Greatness, expectation of God’s greatness.

2:00am – Scott County – Cleansing of addictions that comes only from God. Rowan County – Special things at MSU, Christians reaching out to the students of MSU to help them, welcome them, show them who Jesus is.

3:00am - Shackles broken off, people in bondage set free. No longer slaves to the enemy but servants of the living God. Freedom to do what He wants you to do, say and go.

4:00am – Spirit of poverty broken, Spirit of prosperity is coming! One is coming from Trimble moving KY forward for the Kingdom of God.

5:00am – Engage…the church is rising up in these counties in our state, taking a stand. A revelation of who we are in Christ. May the church rise up and say, “But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the Lord!”
