These NOTES are the Summary Notes of the Key Points heard at the 2nd City-wide Prayer Summit for Lexington. As much as is possible the phrases recorded are the “exact words” spoken by the participants. Capitalization records the Spirit’s emphasis within the recorder.

ON SACRIFICIAL PRAYER, which is the biggest NEED TODAY IN OUR CHURCHS
THE BIGGEST NEED IN THE CHURCH OF TODAY…. IS THE SACRIFICIAL PRAYER OF THE PEOPLE OF GOD!!
KEY POINT:
“The secret of prayer is being ABLE TO HEAR GOD as SPIRIT WITHIN US”
In order to do this we MUST LEARN SECOND MILE PRAYING.
Scripture reference and teaching point: Matthew 5
There is a deep necessity for sacrificial praying—
Convict each one of us on 2nd mile praying—prayer that costs us SOMETHING.
We must become “a people” who will PAY ANY PRICE TO BRING IN THE REVIVAL. The question is how badly do we want to hear FROM GOD?
Understand that hearing from GOD means dying to our own SELF- WILL.

In one’s private and public praying our prayer MUST BE SACRIFICIAL.
Mark 9: 25— To break the cycle of DEAFNESS and DUMBNESS “in the SPIRIT” – sacrificial prayer is required—Note Jesus’ point to the DISCIPLES….
25When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the evil spirit. "You deaf and mute spirit," he said, "I command you, come out of him and never enter him again."
Margaret shared from the personal history of the City-Wide Prayer group she has led for the past 30 years.
Aside from the weekly prayer of the group, there was a long period of time that GOD led them to ENGAGE IN ALL NIGHT SACRIFICIAL PRAYER. At the time the group was primarily working women and they gathered on Thursday nights once a month to pray from 9PM to 6AM and then got cleaned up and went on to work.
The NEED is for our prayer to be PURE HOLY PRAYER WITHIN US. Sacrifice and Spiritual Discipline lead us to this place.
This brings the MOVEMENT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT that cleanses us from the INSIDE OUT.
The DEEP NECESSITY OF BEING ABLE TO HEAR FROM GOD AUTENTICALLY must be our BIGGEST NEED if the Church is to ENCOUNTER GOD IN THE CITY. To experience this, the Prayer will COST US SOMETHING.
We need to NOT BE LIVING and PRAYING OUT OF OUR FLESH BUT OUT OF THE SPIRIT WITHIN US.
We found that as we prayed through the night, between 12—3:00 AM there was open access to GOD.
It is a marvelous EXPERIENCE to LISTEN FOR GOD.
As we pray with SACRIFICE we EXPERIENCE a DEEPER PRESENCE OF GOD and we become EMPOWERED WITH THE AUTHORITY OF GOD.
Denial of Self leads to more of GOD.
The key to Hearing from GOD is to LEARN TO WAIT on GOD, it is to learn to focus your whole consciousness on GOD and seek HIS PRESENCE. This means: think sacrificially and be “WAITERS and LISTENERS”.
When GOD comes down and TAKES OVER this is “the possession of our hearts, minds and lives THAT HE WANTS AND DESIRES.
To pray “after” the heart of GOD, what we want is for it to be NOT US PRAYING, BUT THE HOLY SPIRIT PRAYING THROUGH US.
General discussion about GOD’S timing. Sometimes GOD wakes you up at night. Our response should be to GET UP and BE AT THE COMPLETE DISPOSAL OF GOD. Whatever the time, whatever the cost if you are CALLED, RISE UP!!
We MUST “pay the price” TO RECEIVE THE FULLNESS OF THE PRESENCE OF GOD.
In the Church today, most of our praying is Maintenance Prayer versus Sacrificial Spirit-Filled Prayer. We need more of GOD in our prayers.
Are we willing to pay the price?? Are we willing to be sacrificial??
THE FOLLOWING RECORD REPRESENTS HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PRAYER CONFERENCE ON SATURDAY. As much as is possible these are “the words spoken from the summit and the “order of the day orchestrated by the movement of the SPIRIT.
The PRAYER FOR FREEDOM is a PRAYER FOR THE REIGN OF THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD WITHIN THE BODY OF GOD’S PEOPLE.
Freedom of “WISDOM” comes from FEARING THE LORD GOD above “men” and releasing the knowledge of men.
Throughout the event there were reports of “A WORD FROM THE LORD”, “VISIONS” and reports of a recent DREAM.
This is a report of a VISION from the morning of 1 10 09.
I was driving down I75 and it was dark and cloudy but as I looked up into the heavens I saw a RAINBOW and the RAINBOW kept getting larger and larger and GOD SPOKE and said “I AM KEEPING COVENANT WITH YOU”

This is a report of a WORD from the GOD. WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND DEEPLY THE LOVE OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD FOR HIS PEOPLE AND HIS ALL ENCOMPASSING PLAN FOR HIS WORLD.

The King of ALL DAYS and the ANCIENT OF DAYS IS THE KING THAT WE NEED TO RECOGNIZE.
Our response to GOD who DIED ON THE CROSS should be to WORSHIP HIM WITH ALL OF OUR LIVES, this is to have unbroken, unceasing relationship with the LORD GOD the ONE TRUE GOD OF ALL ISRAEL.
OBSERVATION: There is a FREEDOM of the SPIRIT apparent in the room where people are able to LOVE THE LORD through the means that HE GIVES THEM, song, dance, tongues, movement, lifted arms and hands, bowed bodies. Each response is individual and embraced and received as WORSHIP TO THE LORD. There is no chaos, only LOVE expressed.

This song was given to the writer as he suffered from the loss of a friend due to suicide. Doubt and fear and faithlessness are overcome as we share our hearts with GOD and let HIM LOVE US. Through the writer sharing his SONG, the world experiences GOD’S LOVE.

GOD WORKS THIS WAY, THROUGH HIS CHILDREN. HE, through the POWER OF HIS TRANSCENDENT SPIRIT SPEAKS and as WE SHARE WITH EACH OTHER, we are able to SHARE in the LOVE OF GOD. THE WORD SAYS THAT “GOD IS LOVE”. 1 John 4:8

We are looking forward to Linda Whittaker coming sometime soon to bring an apostolic message to Lexington and the surrounding areas about this topic.
We believe that the currency of GOD is made real when we share our “GLORY STORIES” so let’s do that for and with each other.
Psalm 36:6 speaks of GOD’S love for ALL OF CREATION. As one shared how GOD loved her, she testified to LOVE COMING THROUGH A NEW PET.
GOD IS VERY CREATIVE in HIS MEANS.
We need to know our history, so we know OUR DESTINY. Land and Territory is a part of our Covenant with GOD.
God sent Abraham to A LAND not a people BUT A PLACE.
The PLACE that GOD sends you has SOMETHING TO DO WITH YOUR DESTINY.
We pray that we bring FORTH THE HEART OF MERCY GOD SENDS TO THIS PLACE.
Knowing the LAND, Knowing the PAST is important to SEE OUR DESTINY.
Following is a Partial Presentation to the Teaching of our CITY and REGIONS History by Dr. Bob Hale.
To know our destiny we must LOOK AT OUR SPIRITUAL HISTORY. Let’s pray together that GOD’S KINGDOM COME ON EARTH.
The KINGDOM COMES whenever somebody else stops you and you get up and DO YOUR PART, when nobody but GOD gets the “GLORY”. The point is that “WE ALL COME TOGETHER AS ONE KINGDOM”.
We are in a continuum, Jesus began and life will go on UNTIL GOD TAKES HIS BRIDE.
My grandfather “way back” was THE MINISTER TO JOHN AND CHARLES WESLEY. HERITAGE IS IMPORTANT!
We are to PASS OUR PLACE, OUR PURPOSE ON TO THE NEXT GENERATION.
Who are the people who have encouraged you IN YOUR WALK WITH GOD?
With us today like Margaret Therkelson was with last night is a FATHER OF THE FAITH, my encourager, Tom Monroe. We all need encouragers. Who are you encouraging?
Drawing parallels from History, let’s look at the Spiritual History of early Kentucky.
There are “mounds” of worship in KY”
The “dark and bloody ground” of KY was the result of many animals killed.
Squire Boone, Daniel Boone’s brother was the first Pastor.
“Boonesboro” was the first city founded
The FIRST WORSHIP SERVICE was in Harrodsburg
1776 marked a Revival in KY (and many, many have gone on since)
There were additional Churches, First Baptist Church, Bryan Station Baptist and others
There was the Traveling Church, 600 who CAME TO THE “PROMISED LAND”
There were only 3 counties in KY, Fayette, Lincoln and Jefferson
Then Asbury came and there were REVIVALS GOING ON ALL AROUND.
“WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF REVIVAL RIGHT NOW only WE JUST CAN’T SEE IT.”
20,000 people came to Christ in these early years and considering the number of people in the population that was A LOT.
There were CREEK WATER BAPTISMS.
BUT the enemy DRIED THE REVIVALS UP.
OUR HISTORY IS A VOICE CRYING OUT “MAN IS FALLEN FROM GOD”.
Aesop said this and it is important,
“MEN USE HISTORY TO SHED LIGHT ON THE STERN AND
NOT THE BOW”
The “CROSS OF THE PAST” must SHINE LIGHT on the future in order FOR REVIVAL TO OCCUR.
The problem with the enemy is that SATAN gets us to “alter the course” just a little bit.
Our Pastor says this “WE AS CHRISTIANS HAVE LOST THE BATTLE FOR GOD IN OUR WORLD”. WORDS DO HAVE MEANING. Words spoken and written affect society when believed and adopted for life principles. “WE MUST SPEAK TRUTH FOR LIFE TO ARISE”. History CHANGES when WE TAKE A STAND! It has happened over and over again. HISTORY CAN CHANGE WITH THE EVENT OF GOD!!
I believe Christ is coming back for a CHURCH WITHOUT A SPOT OR A WRINKLE. CAN WE BE CHANGED?
There is a LIE around us. It is the notion of the Separation of Church and State, read historic documents written by our Nations Founders. Thomas Jefferson believed in the DIETY OF GOD. The best source of literature is that written closest to the date that it happened. They just wrote down what happened.
England’s religion defective as it was conserved for us a BETTER CODE OF MORALS. They came to America to make a BETTER CITY, “A CITY ON THE HILL”. Yet we have fallen from this, and GOD is upending things to bring us back. WARNING: the CHURCH is SOLD OUT to IDOLS, to MEN, to MONEY.
That is SATAN pouring out dirt TO KEEP US DOWN.
“I don’t know why but I feel that God wants me to share this. ROMANS 10:9-10
9that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
Often we read verse 9 but we need to pay close attention to the end of verse 10. RIGHTEOUSNESS IS TO BRING SALVATION IN ONE’S LIFE ON EARTH.
CHANGE in an individual’s HEART brings CHANGE ON EARTH. THE “ENEMY” GOT US OFF MESSAGE. SALVATION IS FOR NOW!!
The enemy is on the move in the recent Presidential Election Christians were made out to be Buffoons, take a look at moveon.org. We need response.
In Kentucky’s early days they followed the “way” of the French rather than the English. Voltaire influenced the population toward “infidel societies” where there were multitudes of men of wealth and men of learning and men of influence. HE LED PEOPLE AGAINST GOD’S WAY.
THE SAME THING EXACTLY IS GOING ON TODAY. “WE” ARE A MIRROR IMAGE.
Kentucky was MORE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT FOLLOWING THE WAY OF VOLTAIRE IN FRANCE THAN FOLLOWING THE WAY OF GOD AND WHAT THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WAS PROMOTING.
These are the problems caused by this thinking:
“Cessationism” - the power of the HOLY SPIRIT has been cast out. We must combat this by BEING FULL OF THE SPIRIT AND JOINING TOGETHER.
The message is become ONE. Think of this teaching “if they are not against us they are for us. LET US NO LONGER BE SEPARATED. WE ARE ALL GOD’S CHILDREN.
The Church became “educated” and FORSOOK, ABANDONED THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!
We are “EDUCATING” the Church in the KNOWLEDGE OF MEN. We must RETURN TO SCRIPTURE.
Read Colossians 2:8. SEE TO IT THAT NO ONE TAKES YOU CAPTIVE THROUGH PHILOSOPHY AND EMPTY DECEPTION, ACCORDING TO THE TRADITION OF MEN, ACCORDING TO THE ELEMENTARY PRINCIPLES FOR THE WORLD, RATHER THAN ACCORDING TO CHRIST.
Early Kentuckians centered their LIVES ON LIVING OUT THE FAITH OF GOD! WE should be LIVING CHANGED LIVES. CHRIST IN YOU SHOULD BE MAKING YOU DIFFERENT.
Read Philippians 4:6. BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING, BUT IN EVERYTHING BY PRAYER AND SUPPLICATION WITH THANKSGIVING LET YOUR REQUESTS BE MADE KNOWN TO GOD.
The question is not whether GOD HEALS, IT IS WHETHER GOD IS ALIVE!!
Read Romans 12:18. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
We need to BE CITIZENS OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD FIRST!! NOT CITIZENS OF A PARTICULAR NATION, OF A PARTICULAR CHURCH.
Read Romans 12:9. Be without HYPOCRISY, abhor what is evil. BE at PEACE WITH ALL MEN.
Read 2 John 5-11. AND NOW I ASK YOU LADY, NOT AS ONE WRITING TO YOU A NEW COMMANDMENT, BUT AS ONE WHICH WE HAVE HAD FROM THE BEGINNING, THAT WE LOVE ONE ANOTHER. AND THIS IS LOVE, (GOD IS LOVE, TRUTH AND GRACE) THAT WE WALK ACCORDING TO HIS COMMANDMENTS. THIS IS THE COMMANDMENT, JUST AS YOU HAVE HEARD FROM THE BEGINNING,THAT YOU SHOULD WALK IN IT. FOR MANY DECEIVERS HAVE GONE OUT INTO THE WORLD, THOSE WHO DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE JESUS CHRIST AS COMING IN THE FLESH. THIS IS THE DECEIVER AND THE ANTICHRIST. WATCH YOURSELF THAT YOU MIGHT NOT LOSE WHAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED, BUT THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL REWARD. ANYONE WHO GOES TOO FAR AND DOES NOT ABIDE IN THE TEACHING OF CHRIST DOES NOT HAVE GOD; THE ONE WHO ABIDES IN THE TEACHING, HE HAS BOTH THE FATHER AND THE SON.
DO NOT LOSE WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED, abide in the teaching of CHRIST and RECEIVE BOTH the FATHER and the SON.
When we “participate in the world, IN EVIL” OUR SOUL IS IN DANGER!
Read 3 John 1-4. THE ELDER TO THE BELOVED GAIUS, (and to those who FOLLOW HIM in this day and time) WHOM I LOVE IN TRUTH. BELOVED, I PRAY THAT IN ALL RESPECTS YOU MAY PROSPER AND BE IN GOOD HEALTH, JUST AS YOUR SOUL PROSPERS. . FOR I WAS VERY GLAD WHEN BRETHREN CAME AND BORE WITNESS TO YOUR TRUTH, THAT IS, HOW YOU ARE WALKING IN THE TRUTH. I HAVE NO GREATER JOY THAN THIS, TO HEAR OF MY CHILDREN WALKING IN THE TRUTH.

We need to send out our Sons and Daughters to BE in the world, WALKING “IN THE TRUTH”.

NOW FOR THIS VERY REASON ALSO, APPLYING ALL DILIGENCE, IN YOUR FAITH SUPPLY MORAL EXCELLENCE, AND IN YOUR MORAL EXCELLENCE, KNOWLEDGE; AND IN YOUR KNOWLEDGE SELF-CONTROL, PERSERVERANCE, AND IN YOU PERSERVERANCE, GODLINESS; AND IN YOUR GODLINESS, BROTHERLY KINDNESS, AND IN YOUR BROTHERLY KINDNESS, LOVE. FOR IF THESE QUALITIES ARE YOURS AND ARE INCREASING, THEY RENDER YOU NEITHER USELESS NOR UNFRUITFUL IN THE TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. FOR HE WHO LACKS THESE QUALITIES IS BLIND OR SHORT-SIGHTED, HAVING FORGOTTEN HIS PURIFICATION FROM HIS FORMER SINS. THEREFORE, BRETHEREN, BE ALL THE MORE DILIGENT TO MAKE CERTAIN ABOUT HIS CALLING AND CHOOSING YOU; FOR AS LONG AS YOU PRACTICE THSES THINGS, YOU WILL NEVER STUMBLE; FOR IN THIS WAY THE ENTRANCE INTO THE ETERNAL KINGDOM OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST WILL BE ABUNDANTLY SUPPLIED TO YOU.
SATAN CAN NOT CONQUER REAL SACRIFICIAL LOVE!
Our ministry is to WALK IN THE WORLD AS TRUTH, AS LIGHT, AS LOVE.
LIVE LIFE WITH BOTH THE FATHER AND THE SON.
Pray for REVIVAL IN YOU, Pray for SCRIPTURE to be REVEALED IN YOU and then PRAY TO BE LIGHT!
We must LEARN TO COME OUT FROM UNDER THE ATTACK AND LIES OF THE ENEMY. Fight through with the WORD OF GOD.

Baptize us today IN THE NEW MEANING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
I DECLARE THAT THE CHILDREN will walk in the FULL ARMOR OF THE LIVING WORD. AMEN.
Transitional Prayer
Return the Hearts of the Parents to the Children and the Children to the Parents that ALL MAY WALK IN THE WAY OF God.
An individual shares her Word from the LORD,
A political cartoon was shared. The Church was represented as being married TO THE CULTURE, and the MESSAGE IS “WE MUST REPUDIATE A SELF DESTRUCTIVE CULTURE OF NARCISSISM, BECOMING SELF-LESS AND FOCUSED ON DISCIPLINED TEAMWORK. WE MUST REPENT AS THE CHURCH AND TURN FROM OUR WICKED WAYS, then we would be healed and THEN the land would be HEALED AND THEN THERE WOULD BE REVIVAL.
Forgive us FATHER. Help us as a BRIDE TO BECOME SPOTLESS AND WHOLE, WITHOUT WRINKLE FOR YOU TO COME AND BE WITH YOUR PEOPLE!!!!
Tommy’s transition, “We can not POINT AT THE WORLD when we as the church are TAINTED.
Sara shared, I grew up in an intellectual home, I learned independence and during worship, I felt GOD rising up and convicting me, saying LET ME BE THE TEACHER IN YOU. Let the Holy Spirit BE the TEACHER. Her prayer is GIVE US NEW EYES TO SEE AND HEAR. We HAVE MADE OURSELVES OUR OWN gods, LORD. Break through ALL of this. We are DYING “INSIDE”. We are hungry and THIRSTY FOR YOU. Holy Spirit, teach us to be your child, your
Bond-Servant, TO BE FREE, we lift off the IDOL OF THE MIND. Teach us to BE YOUR KINGDOM PEOPLE. Be Humble First THEN HE WILL LIFT US UP. HUNGER FOR ME AND HUMBLE YOURSELF, THEN I WILL FILL YOU UP AND LIFT YOU UP. THEN I WILL FILL YOU UP AND LIFT YOU UP.
Mark shared a prayer of repentance for the economic crisis. We must BE GIVERS SO WE CAN BE RECEIVERS. Forgive us LORD for us squandering what we have, for US NOT BEING GOOD STEWARDS OF WHAT YOU HAVE GIVEN US. Bind Fear, Stress and Worry. God will supply all that WE NEED according TO HIS RICHES, HIS MERCY. If there is going to be a TRANSFER OF RICHES FROM THE WICKED to the Righteous, the CHURCH WILL HAVE TO BE ON OUR KNEES. All things that can be shaken are being shaken, SO THAT, THAT WHICH can NOT BE SHAKEN WILL REMAIN AND BE SEEN!!!!
Mark announced that this was a change from what he originally came TO SAY, in view of THE REPENTANCE IN THE ROOM.
ALL IS GOD’S. We tend to look to ourselves and the world for the source of our security.
GOD is shaking the WORLD to SAY, Money (etc.) are IDOLS and NOT the SOURCE OF OUR SECURITY.
GOD IS THE SOURCE. HE WILL MAKE US responsive and dependent ON HIM!!!!
HE calls us to BE GIVERS because we need to experience what it is TO GIVE. Always the CHANGE is in the GIVER. This is the Scriptural Principle that comes forth.
Read 1 Timothy 6:17-19 INSTRUCT THOSE WHO ARE RICH IN THIS PRESENT WORLD NOT TO BE CONCEITED OR TO FIX THEIR HOPE ON THE UNCERTAINTY OF RICHES, BUT ON GOD, WHO RICHLY SUPPLIES US WITH ALL THINGS TO ENJOY. INSTRUCT THEM TO DO GOOD, TO BE RICH IN GOOD WORKS, TO BE GENEROUS AND READY TO SHARE, STORING UP FOR THEMSELVES THE TREASURE OF A GOOD FOUNDATION FOR THE FUTURE, SO THAT THEY MAY TAKE HOLD OF THAT WHICH IS LIFE INDEED.
The rich in this present world are commanded NOT TO PUT THEIR HOPE IN THEIR WEALTH BUT RATHER ON GOD.
The reality of TODAY IS 16,000 people A DAY are losing their JOBS. THIS IS A TIME OF PEOPLE REACHING OUT AND LOOKING FOR ANSWERS.
Seek the LORD and HE will be the SOURCE OF OUR PROVISION.
Understand this, TODAY, People are searching for answers and we have the answer. GOD IS SHAKING THE FOUNDATIONS of “this world” SO THAT WHAT IS TRUE AND RIGHT SHINES, the fields are ripe for HARVEST, will we respond?
We can not BE THE OWNER of ANYTHING, GOD OWNS IT, HE OWNS ALL.
The Kentucky Foundation is set up to HELP PEOPLE GIVE, and also DO IT IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT IS EFFICIENT AND MAXIMIZED, tax effectively.
The facts around us are that WHILE there is a SIGNIFICANT DECREASE IN GIVING IN PLACES, some “ministries” are seeing INCREASES. NATIONAL CHRISTIAN FOUNDATIOIN IS SEEING GROWTH IN DONATIONS.
Recognize God’s ownership.
Be ready and willing to share.
Equip those who are called INTO KINGDOM MINISTRY.

A Full Life in the Emptiest of Places

Another shared what she was hearing, the phrase “a stitch in time”. Researching the phrase she found its fuller meaning was from the phrase A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE. THE MESSAGE IS DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. If you have a task before you, complete it sooner rather than later, SOONER RATHER THAN LATER, the saying originally applied to “clothing” or “covering”.
Might we ask ourselves, WHO IS “covering me” the Church, or GOD?

Hezekiah Purifies the Temple
1 Hezekiah was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem twenty-nine years. His mother's name was Abijah daughter of Zechariah. 2 He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father David had done.
3 In the first month of the first year of his reign, he opened the doors of the temple of the LORD and repaired them. 4 He brought in the priests and the Levites, assembled them in the square on the east side 5 and said: "Listen to me, Levites! Consecrate yourselves now and consecrate the temple of the LORD, the God of your fathers. Remove all defilement from the sanctuary. 6 Our fathers were unfaithful; they did evil in the eyes of the LORD our God and forsook him. They turned their faces away from the LORD's dwelling place and turned their backs on him. 7 They also shut the doors of the portico and put out the lamps. They did not burn incense or present any burnt offerings at the sanctuary to the God of Israel. 8 Therefore, the anger of the LORD has fallen on Judah and Jerusalem; he has made them an object of dread and horror and scorn, as you can see with your own eyes. 9 This is why our fathers have fallen by the sword and why our sons and daughters and our wives are in captivity. 10 Now I intend to make a covenant with the LORD, the God of Israel, so that his fierce anger will turn away from us. 11 My sons, do not be negligent now, for the LORD has chosen you to stand before him and serve him, to minister before him and to burn incense."

For eight more days they consecrated the temple of the LORD itself, finishing on the sixteenth day of the first month.
18 Then they went in to King Hezekiah and reported: "We have purified the entire temple of the LORD, the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the table for setting out the consecrated bread, with all its articles. 19 We have prepared and consecrated all the articles that King Ahaz removed in his unfaithfulness while he was king. They are now in front of the LORD's altar."
20 Early the next morning King Hezekiah gathered the city officials together and went up to the temple of the LORD. 21 They brought seven bulls, seven rams, seven male lambs and seven male goats as a sin offering for the kingdom, for the sanctuary and for Judah. The king commanded the priests, the descendants of Aaron, to offer these on the altar of the LORD. 22 So they slaughtered the bulls, and the priests took the blood and sprinkled it on the altar; next they slaughtered the rams and sprinkled their blood on the altar; then they slaughtered the lambs and sprinkled their blood on the altar. 23 The goats for the sin offering were brought before the king and the assembly, and they laid their hands on them. 24 The priests then slaughtered the goats and presented their blood on the altar for a sin offering to atone for all Israel, because the king had ordered the burnt offering and the sin offering for all Israel.
25 He stationed the Levites in the temple of the LORD with cymbals, harps and lyres in the way prescribed by David and Gad the king's seer and Nathan the prophet; this was commanded by the LORD through his prophets. 26 So the Levites stood ready with David's instruments, and the priests with their trumpets.
27 Hezekiah gave the order to sacrifice the burnt offering on the altar. As the offering began, singing to the LORD began also, accompanied by trumpets and the instruments of David king of Israel. 28 The whole assembly bowed in worship, while the singers sang and the trumpeters played. All this continued until the sacrifice of the burnt offering was completed.
29 When the offerings were finished, the king and everyone present with him knelt down and worshiped. 30 King Hezekiah and his officials ordered the Levites to praise the LORD with the words of David and of Asaph the seer. So they sang praises with gladness and bowed their heads and worshiped.
31 Then Hezekiah said, "You have now dedicated yourselves to the LORD. Come and bring sacrifices and thank offerings to the temple of the LORD." So the assembly brought sacrifices and thank offerings, and all whose hearts were willing brought burnt offerings.
32 The number of burnt offerings the assembly brought was seventy bulls, a hundred rams and two hundred male lambs—all of them for burnt offerings to the LORD. 33 The animals consecrated as sacrifices amounted to six hundred bulls and three thousand sheep and goats. 34 The priests, however, were too few to skin all the burnt offerings; so their kinsmen the Levites helped them until the task was finished and until other priests had been consecrated, for the Levites had been more conscientious in consecrating themselves than the priests had been. 35 There were burnt offerings in abundance, together with the fat of the fellowship offerings [a] and the drink offerings that accompanied the burnt offerings.
So the service of the temple of the LORD was reestablished. 36 Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced at what God had brought about for his people, because it was done so quickly.
This is the message, “We” LEADERS NEED TO CONSECRATE OURSELVES to the Church.
And a Word from Isaiah 64, Oh, that you would rend OPEN the heavens and COME DOWN. Let your glory come down.
The unified Body of CHRIST coming together brings forth the POWER and GLORY OF GOD.
GOD works for those who WAIT FOR HIM.
When the disciples WAITED then GOD CAME DOWN, The House of the LORD is being cleansed.
The final offering for the SIN OF ALL MAN-KIND was offered BY THE WORD OF GOD MADE FLESH IN JESUS.
Bring us a deeper cleansing THAT YOUR WILL BE DONE, LET US MAKE A COVENANT THAT GOD’S WILL BE DONE IN ALL THE EARTH.
When we LIFT OUR EYES TO HEAVEN THERE IS FREEDAOM. If you are tired and you are thirsty, there is freedom. GOD wash over us AND REIGN IN US!! In the Spirit of Your GLORY there is FREEDOM.

Ray Hughes introduced. Ray was called by GOD to come back to Kentucky for such a time as this. His prophetic ministry and vision shared across the nation over the past year has highlighted Kentucky as the PLACE GOD HAS CHOSEN TO POUR OUT HIS BLESSINGS, and this year GOD has called him to return.
Ray is Speaking and Sharing the WORD GOD has given him.
The showers of BLESSING are coming down on Kentucky. 2009 is the YEAR OF PROMISE OF THE LORD.
Leaders have begun the year with 31 days of prayer, 24 hours a day across the STATE. They are praying over all 120 counties. Kentucky is known as “the upper room state” because of the 120 counties that it possesses.
In David’s time, there were 33 years of NON-STOP song. This is the same number of years in Jesus’ life. This is a time for NON-STOP Prayer.
From Amos 9:11 the message is that GOD will close the breaches of the temple between me and my PEOPLE.
Israel's Restoration
11 "In that day I will restore
David's fallen tent.

restore its ruins,
and build it as it used to be,
We are in a time of KINGDOM ACTIVATION. And GOD INHABITS THE PRAISES OF HIS PEOPLES.
In David’s Tabernacle there was Praying for the break through of the Spirit of GOD. Now there is a cry for US TO “GET OUT FROM RELIGION” AND “INTO RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FATHER”. Tom has just correctly brought us this WORD.
Begin to look for signs and wonders in the DARK PLACES.
Ray shared a story of some “un-churched folk” hanging out together in a local bar, when the HOLY SPIRIT moved in with HIS CONVICTING POWER. None of them knew what to do but they started repenting and GOD led them into a relationship with HIM. THIS SHOULD “BLOW US OUT OF OUR BOXES”. GOD
CAN and will use the REGULAR PEOPLE not the Church FOR Kingdom Activation. The regular folks will bring the KINGDOM PASSION TO LIFE.
Another story is shared of some “defrocked Priests” who found the “Present Day Revelation” too much of a CALL TO STAY IN THE BOX.
There is a multi-generational CURSE OVER Kentucky that is holding back GOD.
The Church needs to REPENT of pride and arrogance.
The Churches are just trying to be “Safe Places” where the mission is to “just try and keep the people from killing each other”.
We should be just as “US” OUT AND ABOUT in the world, as in the Church on Sunday.
LET’S JUDGE OURSELVES BEFORE WE JUDGE OTHERS.
The “Tiptoeing through the Tithers” has propped things up and GOD is going to “BLOW IT UP”. GOD is going to RATTLE up Renegades to shake up the Church. GOD is going to RATTLE LEADERS. THE SHAKING IS HAPPENING.
WE NEED GENUINE HEALING; WE NEED THE PURITY OF GOD, WE NEED TO REPENT and ask GOD to yield fruit through us.
Creator GOD is going to do something ONLY HE CAN DO.
This is a year for FINDING NEW BEGINNINGS IN GOD.
This is a year for NEW Revelations FROM THE WORD.
“If we will get our heart right”, GOD will give us HIS HEART FOR THE THINGS THAT BREAK HIS HEART.
There are so many “places of darkness in Kentucky”, GOD is COMING TO BREAK US FREE.
God so LOVED “ALL THINGS THAT HE CREATED” (HIS Cosmos) that HE sent TRUTH, HE sent LIGHT. GOD wants to COME TO THE Darkest Places. We can ONLY SPEAK TRUTH AND LOVE!!!!
This is a REDEMPTIVE YEAR, and GOD’S trumpet sound needs to BE CLEAR AND TRUE TO BE HEARD.
WE ARE IN A GENERATION OF REDEMPTION, WE ARE THIS GENERATION.
We are NOW GOING TO REDEEM THE SONG.
Read Genesis 2:18 The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."
GOD wants TO PARTNER WITH US IN HIS REDEMPTION. He wants us to have HIS HEART for PEOPLE. Kentucky is the heart of the NATIONS.
GOD is speaking NOW, if we will LISTEN and HEAR HIM, GOD will reverse the CURSE. In Kentucky the REMNANT WILL raise up, there is A SUPERNATURAL THING HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!!!
But beware PRIDE will turn ANGELS INTO DEMONS.
Satan BECAME “LIKE THE MOST HIGH”.
GOD said, “I will enthrone myself in the PRAISES OF MY PEOPLE, when we have a place where the SPIRIT IS and the PRAISES ARE especially in SONG, GOD will BE THERE and the enemy will flee and the PEOPLE WILL BE REDEEMED.
But take NOTE, GOD is here and HIS POWER AND HIS PRESENCE are AMONG US!!!! We must realize WE KNOW NOTHING and WE CAN ONLY FOLLOW GOD.
We are receiving a whole new understanding of A NEW SONG OF GOD.
When we “believe the culture” rather than the WORD OF GOD we are enslaved to SATAN but TRUTH FREES.
We should be celebrating the DIFFERENCES OF GOD’S CREATION.
Lexington has a heritage of BREAKING FREE. SEE the freeing of the SLAVES.
When GOD gets in YOU and puts HIS WORD IN YOU speaking through you. HE CAN DO ANYTHING.
We are about to STEP OUT OF THE DARK AGES.
This is the year that the SOUND OF THE TRUE CHURCH will pierce the darkness.
When Heaven agrees AND when there is movement in the SPIRIT REALM CHANGE HAPPENS.
Jesus challenges us to GET OUTSIDE OF INTELLECTUALISM AND GET IN THE FAITH REALM, THE SPIRIT REALM.
Those who have EARS to hear and EYES to see, your SPIRITS WILL BE MOVED and when we choose to FULLY ENGAGE WITH GOD HE MOVES, and HIS SOUND APPEARS.
This is going to BE A THEOLOGY RATTLING TIME because NEW TRUTH WILL NOT FIT into OLD PARADIGMS.
These are the DECLARATIONS for THIS DAY AND THIS PLACE.
This is a day of awakening.
This is the day of hearing the VOICE of GOD.
New Creativity will come out that has been LOST FOR GENERATIONS.
Our purposes of DESTINY WILL COME OUT.

We have to blow up mundane existence and get rid of RELIGIOUS STRUCTURE. GOD wants to BLOW THAT LID OFF RELIGIOUS STRUCTURES.
This is a NEW DAY, we have to DECLARE GOD’S WORD and DECLARE HEALING and HE WILL MOVE!!!!
This is the Year of GOD’S GLORY IN KENTUCKY. When we are forced into “mans” expectation we bring death. We can quit appraising each other AND LOVE.
We have been “Skep-tators”. That is SKEPTIC SPECTATORS.
Let this be a YEAR OF THE WORSHIP OF GOD!!!!
GOD’S Eternal Perspective WILL FREE us from Past Bondages.
There can be NO CRITICISM, NO COMPARISONS, and NO REJECTION OF ORPHANS. We ARE THE “Heart of David” Generation. Let us BE the AROMA Mary’s WORSHIP RELEASES. When the praise and worship of the TRUE SPIRIT raises us, the DARK SPIRITS ARE REVEALED in us and around us!!!!
