31 Prayer Watch

31 days, 31 churches with a mandate to pray.

It is in our heart to kick off the year 2009 (January 1st-31st) off with prayer; prayer for the souls of men, the church, and our leaders. Also, it is our intention to keep the state of Kentucky at the forefront of our focus to a Holy God.

We, KY, have often been labeled the “Upper Room State”. Interestingly, our state has 120 counties. In Acts 1:13-15, we understand that the outpouring was first revealed to those in the house, the ones hungry for a move of God. It was a sound that had not been heard in times past. This sound was different. It was the sound of heaven through the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, it is essential that we plant ourselves in the house of the Lord, just like the ones in Acts, worshiping and bringing freewill offerings before the Lord.

Psalm 110:3 says “Thy people will volunteer freely in the day of Thy power (army)…”. This is a voluntary act that we ask you consider in linking arms with us. Let us stand together as one body, believing God for our land.
