One27 Internship is a 12-week discipleship course designed to take the student deeper in God’s word and the place of prayer, while serving in some ministry capacity such as music, media, missions, and outreach - in a culture of hunger and revival.
A majority of the weekly requirement is given to the place of prayer and study of His word. Being the mission of the early church (Acts 6:4), the intern will be strengthened in the power of Holy Spirit, expressed by at One27 campus and other outreach venues.
Cost : $100 per intern
Commitment : 5 hours a week - 1 hour in the classroom & 4 hours in the prayer room
Classroom time : Thursdays at 6-7pm
Prayer room time : Intern will choose their own time in the prayer room
Classes offered : ‘Grounded in the Word’ and ‘Knowledge of God’

Internship Q&A
Who is the internship designed for?
Anyone of any age. We do require that the student have means to arrive to the required classroom and prayer room on time.
Does the internship include curriculum?
Yes. You will receive curriculum at the beginning of the semester, which is designed to engage your heart and stir interaction with God and His word. Depending on which course you choose, you will study “Grounded in the Word” or “Knowledge of God”- in both the classroom and prayer room.
What are the requirements?
1. Fulfill the weekly (allotted) prayer room hours; established at beginning of internship. 2. Follow study guide (cirriculum) given by One27 leadership. 3. Serve in required and assigned ministry opportunity.
Can the student fulfill their prayer room time anywhere?
No. It must be fulfilled at the One27 Prayer Room. We have several (live & open) worship and prayer sets going on throughout the week. (see ‘PRAYER ROOM SCHEDULE’)
Why the prayer room as a requirement?
Many times in our culture, it’s a difficult task of slowing down and just simply taking time to encounter the Lord. With the required prayer room time, it causes the intern to do just that- SLOW DOWN! We have seen this as the catalyst for effective ministry. Remember, the place of prayer is the green house of our growth in God.
